Hi Guy,

Actually, the owner insisted that we stay in his house across the street
while the coach was in the paint booth. As the family was in Yuma during
the week. we had the run of the house. Work was done on time and better
than what I had experienced in the US.

While there, I observed an average of three to four vehicles leaving the
large paint booth per day. I later learned that the had a smaller booth
on the other side which was also in use. There were many "Gringos"
bringing their vehicles for body work - anywhere from pickups to
Mercedes. They also have an upholstery shop and do excellent work
there. We took them the bucket seats and rear bench seat from an AMC for
our son--in-law. They had to rebuild the seats including springs and
only charged $360. I will go back to Navarro's Shop in Algodones, MX
for any work. I know many others that have been more than satisfied.
FWIW, there is another body shop in Algodones that has a reputation that
is just as good.

Hi Glenn,

It took two weeks. We arrived on a Monday and it was all ready for the
road on the Saturday , 12 days later. We spent Saturday there - the
owners had a BBQ which was tremendous and on Sunday we met them for
breakfast, then went with them to Mexicali for a movie and dinner. It
was a great experience.

Looking forward to the point that I can try that. Its a ball having my new

I can enjoy(use) my coach.

Yes, George is an excellent resource, and not only for paint jobs.
If you ever were into bus conversions you would recognize his name
as a very knowledgable source on lots of bus subjects.
