armstrong steering

We took the bird out for a day cruise yesterday, and on the return trip
home, we were one block from home and shreded the belt for the power
steering pump. I'm very lucky it happened so close to home. What a bear
it was to get it backed in! Can anyone give me some insight on whats
involved in putting a new one on? It looks like there are two belts in
front of the power steering belt, I'm sure they will need to come off
first? I know it's never as easy as slip a new over the main pulley and
loosen the pump put he belt on a re-tighten it....is it? Also does
anyone know the part number for a power steering belt for an 83 fc.
