Looking good... I guess you'll have to run for public office so you
can do a whistle stop tour....

One of my twin boys is going oft to Gonzaga University law school and
maybe he can use this rear deck in his future program? But for now
its just a thing to do and have fun with. My cost so far is probably
runs around $50 dollars and alot of checking out our local junk
stores. Now where can I get some automatic steps?Smile

Thought a few of you guys might just like this picture I posted of a
real modern motor home. The outsides are very deceiving to what the
insides look like. By the way the deck is done and ready for a road
test and now to configure something out for a awning.

Cute Picture, but brings back memorues of the "First RV". My Dad had
a "GILKE" tent type trailer, and my mother said they took me camping
when I was 6 months old. When I was 10 or 11 we were camping on the
Bishop creek, when we heard the Bomb was dropped on Japan, and then VJ
day. We had several more vacations both to Bishop & to Idaho with
that trailer, and it's trusty Tow car, a Model A, cruising speed 45mph!
Well, the trailer went away & Marrage kept me busy for a long time..I
never saw a Gilke trailer again untill we visited the Henry Ford
Museum.. They have one on exibit..
How did I feel seeing my 'First RV' in a Museum??...OLD!!!!..:-)

Still playing around with the rear deck and now I have installed a new
step up plate to gain access to the rear door easier. And also the new
logo has been placed on the rear deck railing. Jon
