what is the difference between FC-31 and FC-35 floorplan

OK, it's four feet, but where is the difference made up? Is the side
bath smaller or is it in the couch size, or both?
Just one of many questions..

I have never been in a 31', but in the 82FC33 I looked at before buying
my 83FC35, the 33' was missing two closets in the bedroom.

In my 31, the couch on the drivers side goes from the drivers seat to
the bathroom wall,(no cabnet behind driver seat).. the bath in the 35
may be slightly larger, and the interior arrangement is different.
Except for the R.B. style, most FCs interiors are similar.
NOTE: 31s have a shorter wheelbase which makes it a bit easier to
wheel around in Campgrounds and WalMarts..........
