Drapery motors
1 of my electric drapery motors has ceased working. The motor does not
run at all.

Would anyone have a couple of these motors they no longer are using?

Would be interested in buying a few maybe. Or where can they be bought
new?

Thanks

Jay I believe you want a BB part # BBW-6046742. Paul Davis has 2 at
http://www.mrolivers.com. They are $224.90 each. Have you attempted to
take one apart and fix it?

I kinda wish I was hi-tech as some of you, I still have the manual drapes.

Tom,

Yea, I have taken one the Action Drapery Motor apart. Not much to it
really...

A reversible 115V 60HZ motor mounted to a gear reduction box, the
switch that changes the motors direction and some capacitor looking
thing. Looks like you could mnake one for $20 cept for the gear box.

I found a brand new one on e-bay that sold for $1 plus $8.10
freight, too bad it sold 5 days ago :-(

Many of these birds have been switched to day/night shades and the
Action Drapery Control motors are still in their mounts.

Hoping I could buy 4 of them for $100 or so.
