Air leak question

I found my air leak. It wasn't behind the left headlight but up behind the
bumper at an air
manifold. There is a device attached to the manifold with an air line attached
and what
appears to be a vacuum line. There is one barbed fitting on it that looks as if
it never had
a line attached and it is leaking out that barbed fitting. (at least I can't
find a line that
should be attached there and the barb is greasy as if it has never had anything
attached) The device has a round flat bottom about the size of a fifty cent
piece. What is
this device? the previously mentioned vacuum generator for the cruise control?
Where can
I get a replacement?
