Sofa frame slider plastic bushings needed.

I have my sofa out to be upholstred.The frame is still in the coach.I
noticed there are two sliding cylinders that slide back and forth as
you fold the sofa up and down. The plastic bushings in the end of the
sliders are shot. has anyone replaced thes and if so whre to get them?
