FC front fan speed?

Pokeys RH front fan (heater) only works on low. The switch seemed to be
the issue, but I have tried to jumper the switch to send power to what
I assume is the "high" side, but still no high speed hum. I ordered a
new switch from BigBird, but it seems to be switched differently
(unless power backfeeds to the low side of the switch when the fan is
on high). Is there a high speed relay, and if so where is it? Thanks,
