FC Bay Door Problem

FC Bay Door Problem
One of my FC bay doors is not opening correctly, something is wrong
with the latch mechanism. When I pull the handle, one side unlatches,
but the other doesn't. To open the door, I must pull the unlatched
side open far enough to slide a crow bar up inside the door, at hwich
time I can snag the cable attached to the latch and pop it open.
Nothing is broken on the whole mechanism, it just seems to be out of
adjustment, but I can;t see how to fix it.

Suggestions?

Scott,
I had the same problem once. The striker on the problem side needed to
be adjusted. Hold a mirror behind the striker and you will see the
adjustment slots.

bay door if you want to see how the latch works go to your propane
door and lay on the ground. you can then open and close the bay door
and watch the latches work. could be your cable out of adjustment
