Zip Dee Window Awnings
Something like 30 turns. The left arm, facing the awing is the energized
component. You turn the square solid portion of the arm, might be 33 turns, I
forget. Zipdee has good customer service and I have been satisfied with them.
After my sad experiencel, Zipdee sent me Ehrhardts RV, http://www.etstrailers.com they
did a good job and the cost was reasonable.

Thanks for the advice. Provided the spring is not broken, is there a
process for re-winding them?

I damn near broke my arm once being careless with my awning.
