What is it?

While rearranging/redecorating the "forward salon" I pulled out the
sofa on the street side and found a black box, about 14" x 4" x 6"
screwed into the side wall just above the wire chase. There are three
heavy wires, 12 guage, white, black, and yellow that enter. Inside is
a transformer and 3 very large capacitors (at least, I think they are
capacitors). The wires extend from this box toward the front -- I'd
guess going to the electrical panel at the front of the coach.

Does anybody know what this is?
