RIV another thought

RIV another thought
The price of RIV has certainly jumped no doubt. Many a thread on that. As
another thought though, in past years there has been speculation of the RIV
being stopped altogether. Though this has not happened as yet, could this
double increase, lack of vendors and so forth for a 3 day Rally, be the
start of phasing it out? This would certainly mark the end of an era of
total customer support. The Factory already does not support Bird's Nest as
it did of yesteryear, though admittedly still better than other
manufacturers. It is dis heartening to see this wonderful era come to a close.

RIV another thought
Mornin Ralph:.
It certianly could be that the Factory is trying to pull
out of the RIV. Some years ago, the company that my Wife worked for
was disenchanted with the expense and bother of the Annual Christmas
Party. They announced that years party tickets would be $100. (up
to then, it was free). The next year they cancelled the party on the
grounda that last year there was a very small turnout, and no one
seemed very interested..
Could the RIV have a similar idea??
