Microwave Convection Replacement
My 14 year old Sharp Carousel II micro/convection oven has gone south. If
anyone has replaced this mircowave I'd appreciate their removal advice and
any replacement model recommendations.

Howdy.
We replaced our Sharp microwave/convection over with another Sharp,
model is R-1870F. Getting the old one out was a job and took two men to
get it off of the wall. Now Ron Marabito replaced the Sharp in his 1992
BB with a Jenn Air. For us the tricky part was finding where the oven's
plug was and its' receptacle. It was in a box that is part of the
small compartment over the oven. Try doing a search on this topic in
this forum. I know that this topic has been discussed before. Hope this
helps. Good luck.

Thank you Jack, Liz, Bruce, Randy, Leroy, Jim and anyone I missed. Great
info and now I just have to digest it, decide on model and call two large
friends for help. Thanks again

I hope you were not referring to Randy and me when you mentioned
calling two large friends! ;-)
