Allen,

I believe the "level warning" lamp and buzzer also
takes the HWH slide control as input. I'd first walk
around the coach to take a look at each of the HWH
jacks. Make sure that they are fully retracted; i.e.,
no shiny cylinder visible. If you turn off the level control
to soon, a jack may stop before it's fully retracted.
I don't typically turn off the level control - I typically
wait till I put the bus in drive and then check to see that
the "travel" light is on. If so, then you can hit the off
button if you wish.

If you have a slide, it could be that it's not retracted
fully. The directions say that you should hold the retract
button until pressure builds in the retraction cylinder, is
diverted to the locking pins forcing the pins to lock and
the pressure in the hydraulic system to build causing
the pump to stop. At this point the red light on the
slide control panel will extinguish. Make sure you hold
the retract button until the light extinguishes. If you release
to soon, the pins won't engage the body of the slide, and
the buzzer will buzz, and (I believe), the dash level light will
stay on.

Note that I'm talking about 2 lights, the red light on the
HWH slide control panel and the "level" light on the dash.
