SP36 air leaks

The air leaks are fixed on my bird. It turned out to be cracked hoses
on the front brakes and a leaking quick disconnect hose near the
compressor.
Meanwhile when my mechanic replaced the hoses he found the left front
air tank had about 3qts of water in in and the right one over 1qt.
He put remote release valves on the front tanks but could not find the
rear one (and neither could I). The water indicates to me that the
air dryer needs serviced so I need to know where it is and how to access
both it and the rear air tank(s).

Hi Chuck
I to have an SP36 and did have trouble receintly with my air brake
system. At a stop in Georgia (Coach Craft) Glen Rogers asked me if I
knew I had an air leak. I didn't. It turned out to be the Expello
valves on the two air tanks under the kitchen floor. He/we could not
find a way to get to them so had to go through the floor. Not fun!
Much water/oil was in the tanks--especially the passenger side.
Eventually both valves were replaced. One new and one rebuilt by me.
I also piped the exhaust from them down between the under-boxes because
they made so much noise when letting off. They never had let off as
long as I had the coach. That cured I went on the service the dryer.
It is located near the rear axle up in where it is difficult to get
at. It too had never been serviced so I installed a rebuilt unit--D-4
I think. The new one lets off regularly and I am good to go. I do not
know of a rear air tank.
