First arrivals at South Padre
We, and the McMahans, arrived at South Padre mid-day yesterday,
Saturday the 22nd. LOTS of parking spots available right now. Eric
Johnson is due in later this week, and then the Craigs are coming in
for the winter. I just heard that Charlie & Aura Shannon from WV were
coming down for the winter, but not sure when they are coming in.

Leroy, if you thought it was windy when you were here last year, you
should have been here yesterday - your awning would have beat you
home! It tried to blow us off the causeway coming over at mid-day,
and last night it got really windy! Reminded us of the year it blew
down palm trees! Bright and sunny but only in the 50s right now, but
forecast is back to 70s & 80s for the next ten days after today.

Merry Christmas everybody!
