[Jack and Liz Pearce]

Howdy, Wanderlodge family.

I turned on the hot water tap in our 1993 Wanderlodge's shower
earlierthis AM. Zilch, nada, no hot water, just lukewarm water. No hot
waterat any of the other sinks, either. Jack is going to check out
theelectrical connections. If you have replaced your electric
waterheater in your coach, we sure would like to hear about
yourexperiences.

Several of us have replaced our Sealand originals with Force Ten. Force Ten
are Sealand copies but with better materials and engineering. Make sure you
get the one that is the exact replacement for your existing water heater. If
your 93 is like my 94 it will have two nipples at the back end for motor aid

We have an Atwood heater. Thanks for the informative reply, though.
Jack feels that he might just have to replace the heating element. I'll
check out the Force Ten, too.

Sorry folks I just remembered they sold out and I believe it was to this
company. You might have to call them to get info on the model with rear
in/out primus nipples.

Jack and Liz, turn off the 110 vac at the breaker box, going to the water
heater. Remove the cap that covers the electrical connections and between
the two spade type connectors there will be a re-setable circuit breaker
ECO, push it to reset the breaker. Bring power back up and check for 110
vac with your meter on those spade connectors. That should get you hot
water. If it trips again then we need to do an ohms check on the heating
element.

Lets not jump off the deep end planning a replacement until you know it
needs replacing?
