Cummins Warranty
The fuel pump on our "04 M380 recently went out and in trying to get
reimbursement from Cummins, we found out that the warranty information
that came with our coach was incorrect and out of date. Of course, our
warranty information showed our coverage to be a lot more extensive
than that of Cummins.
Cummins said that they would not be responsible for any discrepancies
as it is the responsibility of the manufacturer of the coach or of the
dealer to make sure that they provide the right booklet with the right
warranty information.
The booklet that came with our coach is bulletin # 3666399-00 and was
printed in 8/99.
I was wondering if any of you may have gotten the same booklet??
Thanks for your help and Happy New Year.

Cummins Warranty
8/99? What does it say? Cummins has been 5 years/100K miles on RV applications
(they only go 2 years for trucks) for a long time now.

Cummins Warranty
It states that Cummins will pay for either towing or road service
including travel, meals and lodging. It also excludes the $100
deductible.
