Suburban Propane Heater NT16SW

2.18.2013: Suburban at 423-775-2131 tells me the NT16SW is obsolete. The NT16 SW was a special build for Wanderlodge. The standard build is the NT16 SE and can be found on the internet, etc.
However, fan motor kit 520949 is available for the SW furnace. It replaces 232877. The fan motor kit include the two gaskets. The 520949 Internet prices vary from mid $60.00s to way up.
