Circulating pump for FC
My 88 FC35 has a 12 volt circulating pump for the on board heaters. OEM
part # is CP-20-BB. Has anyone repaired these pumps? Where did you find
the parts? BB? I did find them on line at about $275.00 ouch!! Any
help appreciated.

Thanks

Bruce:

West Marine lists the complete pump for $280 (WM #205260) and a
rebuild kit for $98 (WM #205492). Complete pumps are available from
<http://www.tacbusparts.com> for $160 in the "Heater Circulating
Pumps" section. TAC Bus Parts gave excellent service when I purchased
two in Feb 2007.

Bruce,

I recently replaced the Auxiliary Pump for the heating loop on our 1983 FC 35
with an
exact replacement. Its a GROCO CP-20-BB 12 V. I believe these are used on
school
buses too.

It was in stock at the local Liberty International deler Liberty part # CC2602
B.
Cost: $215.70

Your Google is better than mine!!! I did not find that auto parts
warehouse. The $140.00 price is awesome. Did you also notice they have
the brass hose couplers from $.50 to about $7.00. Those parts are hard
to find!!! Thank You
