air up your tanks with the suspension fill switches off. Let it blow off and then flip your switches.

Dump switch in "UP" position.
Then possiblities are governor, compressor, compressor belt, But first check for an air leak. Keep in mind that the Front/Rear are brakes, not air bags. Those should peak
around 120psi. In mine, the sequence is that the brakes air first, to about 75-90lbs, then the air bags, then the auxiliary items, then the brakes fill the rest of the way. If yours is the same, it sounds like something is leaking badly during the air bag fill. Thank You everybody for your suggestions......
A combination of filling the suspension a few times after a short around the block drive did the trick!!!!!! However is this a sign of something on its way to a failure??? or... is it simply a sign of older parts that every once in awhile need a little kick start to get going??? the bird did 'rest' for 6 months since it's last venture.... but she is up and ready to go now... again thank you all for your suggestions... --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, "Don Bradner" > > Keep in mind that the Front/Rear are brakes, not air bags. I had many problems with this. When you flip the tag axle switch do you hear a rush of air?? On my wbwl when you remove the front panell covering the electric in the center od the coach there are three valves (forgot the name) they some times got stuck so the tag would not fill. flip the switch ah tap on there valves. I ended up replacing them and solved the problem Jim Riordan 88 WBWL XXV Stuart, Fl 772-260-1328 t3brian

I might of misread your post...main pressure guage only 75 pounds? sb 120, possible leak in air system. run bus pressure up shut off buss (carefully listen for leaks.). I had to replace the air dryer, in front of the rear axles in the center of the coach, underneath, this helped with the system spped in filling. Jim Riordan t3brian

IF your location is in a temperature below 32* freeze area,
moisture, & condensation will cause all kinds of strange issues. there are numerous check valves , pressure reducing, etc valves, with diaphragms that do not like freezing temps.
