Fantastic fan cover replacement
Yesterday I broke the cover over the bathroom vent, broke it beyond
repair. Called Camping World for a replacement. They had none in stock
and when they did the cost would be about 45 dollars. I emailed the
folks at the manufacturer and they replyed the next day.

If I would send my name, addess and phone number they would send one out the
next day ----- for free. Is that a deal or not! I have sent
the info and have already received a notice that the part has been mailed. I
would call that real cutomer service.

Next time I will be more carful where I put my knee when trying to
open the roof cargo carrier.

Right on Art. You can not beat those Fantastic Fan folks. When they say
life-time warranty, they mean it!

Fantastic fan cover replacement
How do you know if the fan in the bathroom is a fantastik fan?  Is it labeled someplace?  Our gears don't work and the cover doesn't fit very well so it needs to be replaced.

Jana,

I'm not sure where I saw the label. It may have been from the outside
looking down from above. Anyway, when I went to the web site and saw the
pictures of thier products I recognised mine.
