removing the front sliding windows on a 78 31' FC

Please confirm that this is the right order of steps
1. remove screws on the inside flashing that go to the window frame (no need
to remove flashing to bus wall screws).
2. Remove window frame to outside of bus
3. disassemble window frame and remove sliding window
(need help with las step - do you just remove the 2 screws holding in the latch
and then the two flat head screws on either side of the split line?
