sporlan valve rebuild
I picked up a rebuild kit for the sporlan valve while at BB. Is it
hard to rebuild? I am guessing that it is under the bed? And I am also
guessing I will need to drain the holding tank?

Thanks

Bruce, your sporlan valve is under your bed. easy fix- 4 bolts. you will
have to drain your fresh water tank as it will flood your bedroom. there is a
small spring that comes with it. easy in, and out. ernie-83pt40 in montana

I was in a situation where I couldn't drain the tank but had to take apart
the valve so I just used a pair of vise grips on the hose and it worked
fine. Just in case you don't feel like draining the tank -although I'm sure
the hose would have preferred you did.
