Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

Hi,
Would someone describe the methods of returning the electric Intellitec controlled blinds back into sync so that one touch moves them to top or bottom and the Shade Master controls them all equally.
Holding the yellow or black button -- ?? limit switch control?
