Primus System - jvredden@... - 02-25-2006 20:16 Brian, I have all of the manuals that came with the Primus on my 91. I will assume for the sake of this email that the 91 and 93 are the same. I have usually found the red fault light will flash on with ign of the burner then go out. If it stays on the problem for me has been in the over temp switch in the hoses behind the boilers. I have been told by BB and others to bypass this system it is redundant. It is easy to by pass by putting a bayonet fuse in the two wires. I had a tech a Foot hills RV in Taylorsville NC that put new pumps on mine and it is running fine. he says it is one of the best heats in RV's when it works right. Be sure and keep the reservoir tanks full so air doesn't get in the system. call me at 704-6643121 if you have que. I am not an expert but mine was doing exactly like yours and now they are fine. john redden 91 PT 40 [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
