Replacing the pulley on a FC to fix the belt issues - Mike Hohnstein - 03-15-2007 04:02 Nope, it's all lined up. Notice the empty pulley groove on the crank next to the single PS belt, the dual pulley uses it.The double pulley is specific to BB only, I can't say if it is real easy to come by. The one they found for me was a little dog eared. Did you have to modify pump mount to align the belts? Did Power Steering Specialists do the modifications on your pump? Thanks for the information. A new pump shaft is required and a dedicated Blue Bird pulley. OE on 87 and up. The two belt pulley is 6.5" dia., pump runs a little slower, less likely to cavitate. > MH > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Eric Johnson > To: WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com > Sent: Wednesday, March 14, 2007 6:41 AM > Subject: [WanderlodgeForum] Re: Replacing the pulley on a FC to fix the belt issues > > > Joe, > I removed the A/C compressor in our FC due to freon leaks in the condenser hoses and > the estimated cost of updating/repairing a system that wouldn't cool the whole coach in > Louisiana/Texas summers anyway.
