Go to e-bay and look under "Detroit Diesel Series 60 A/C Compressor Mounting Bracket". It is a $160 bucks piece that was designed to fix that exact problem forever. Easy to install by yourself in less than an hour, no mechanic experience need it . I have bought it 3 times for different trucks of mine, and it is a real headaches and money saver.
