galley window removal 80FC - Mike Meister - 05-29-2006 03:40

my Kitchen window is broke and I'd like to get a new piece of glass
cut for it but I can't seem to get it out. Does the whole window frame
have to come off to remove the sliding window?

Thanks

I believe it does, that's how I've done it.

Remove the inside aluminum trim, remove wires from alarm sensor (if
equipped) if you can reach them at this point.

Outside, the rubber is overlapped at the seam which you see, un-
overlap it.

The window assembly can now be pushed out of the rubber, someone
outside the coach to catch of course, if it has an alarm you will
need to push the bottom out first.
