Blue Thunder now has her identity back.
I had planned to have it done by my regular graphics guy when we returned to
Eureka in a couple of weeks, but the opportunity arose earlier than that, so I
got it done.

Grande, AZ. Applied with minimal bubbles by yours truly.

Looks great Don. You probably know, but the secret to
applying vinyl bubble free is soapy water. Wet her down
with very dilute soapy water, apply the stickers, and squeegee
out the water with the edge of a rubber pad (the kind used
to apply bondo works well). Using this technique, the decals
can be moved around until just right and then adhered to
the body panel by squeezing out the soapy water.

I've done that with full decals, but I was leery of trying it with these fully
cut-out letters. You need to get good adherence of the letters before pulling
off the front layer, and trying to apply them removed from the front leads to
stretching.
I will see a few bubbles; I suspect only pros will otherwise.

While things are still fresh take a needle, puncture your bubble and
carefully work
the air out (thats how the pros do it)
