Red Light Switch? - Pete Masterson - 08-15-2007 12:04

Might be the engine heater -- used to help with cold weather starts.
Run it 24 to 36 hours before the planned start. I also have a red
switch under the kitchen sink that operates the "Konstant hot" water
heater.

This is probably like every thing else and varies from bird to bird. The
switch behind the driver's seat on our bird is a double pole switch, on two
separate circuits, that powers two freeze plug block heaters on either side
of the 3208. The switch by the passenger's feet controls a tank type block
heater. Maybe that is why our FC31 came with a 12.5kw generator!
