Racor Vacuum Gauge - dspithaler@... - 09-29-2007 10:31 Hi Guys Has anybody seen or used a vacuum gauge that goes on the racor filter where the T handle is. It keep the highest reading that it goes to while driving. I think that would be kind of good to be able to see that when you stopped to take a break. It is supposed to keep you from changing filters unnecessary. Mine in the top gauge cluster isn't working & in looking for a new one I found this one. I haven't got one yet & was wandering if any one has used one. Harvey Lawrence once told me to do that. Seem to recall getting it from some marine supply place out west. Only drawback is that you need a wrench to loosen it when you change filters. BB parts had the one for the dash. I have a West Marine not to far from me. Don 89 SP 36' Butler, PA Hi Don, I have one- works fine. Seem to recall getting it from some marine supply place out west. It somehow helped. But that was on my 35FC a few years ago. Maybe it was a coincidence?
