I don't know if there is a Camping World near you or not, but(you knew that was coming), you can dump at any CW, and it's free.

Also, I agree, Passport America pays for itself very quickly.

I'll have to look at CW the next time I'm by one. Not quite as convenient, but it might work too. I won't have to stay there, either.
