Water Temperature

I changed the subject because the speedo has been repaired. <>

The override switch will have no effect if the chassis a/c is on
because the fan is already in full force. Looking at the numbers, the
chassis a/c was turned off while climbing the hills? Right? That would
make sense, otherwise one would expect the temperature to climb to some
fixed point without a cycle and the temperature would not recede until
going down hill or running on flat land again.

There is only one really significant long uphill from Quartzsite to Gila Bend,
and that's at the beginning, about 5 miles in length, steady climb. Yes, the A/C
was off, and that's also when I was most closely watching the cycle.

Morning:

If the fan over ride is not working, then the fan is running full time. I
have seen the ground wire, on the valves behind the drivers side tag mud
flap area, broken from road debris. If the ground is removed from the
valves, which is what the fan over ride switch does, when you first start
the Coach, open the engine hatch and check the fan, it should not be
turning if all is ok. The sender for the fan to cycle is located to the
left of center of the engine under some piping, those connections corrode
as well.
