Dump Valve Rebuild?

I continue to be amazed at the differences in coaches from year to year. My
toilet is air operated and has a factory pancake compressor. The toilet sits on
top of the black tank. I also have an aux compressor, I think it is Gant which
keeps the air system charged. It cycles about 6 times per day if I leave it on.
Accordingly, I rarely use the jacks.
My dump valves work fine if I pull the paddle and grease them as per spec every
6 months. It is easy, two screws, pull the paddle, grease and reinsert.

I do not have any problems with air, dumping the tanks or leaving the park. But
I am not sitting when it flushes.

I have the electric Microphor toliet on my 93, (They use the
electric model if the holding tank is directly under the stool) I
have the onboard aux. compressor which is used for opening the waste
valves (usually along with the help of the DUPREE VALVE TOOL , this
is something you can't be without. Also something to keep in mind is
that the drier valve on the clothes drier needs air to open. The red
light being on when it's in the open position is indicating only the
POSITION OF THE SWITCH. If you notice your clothes taking forever to
dry, visually check the position of the drier valve and see if it's
in the OPEN position with the red light on...This is how it work's on
my 93pt-40, your's might be different! Bob 93pt40

Pete You may have to build a small air storage tank to hold enough
volumn to make the required cfm for the dump valve. but if the dump
valve leaks your toilet pump will cycle on and off.

SanDiegoTomMac could add a small air tank and divert the aux air to
that for dump valves. that way he would not have to wait 30 min for
the aux air to fill all the tanks in the entire bus.
