valve lash on 3208

When I had my injectors replaced 2 years ago at about 100,000 miles, because
they already had all the 'tough stuff' off the top of the engine, I asked
them to replace valve cover gaskets and adjust the valves. Only two valves
were barely out of adjustment. Have a "good" 3208 mechanic listen to your
engine and I will bet he can tell you if there is any adjustment needed.
