When I turn the wheel to the right or left the horn blows. I took the
telescoping ring and wheel off, but the short is not in this area.
Must be in the column. If I can locate where the yellow wire comes out
of the column maybe I could snake the wire out and pull a new wire in.
Has anyone had a similar problem? If so how did you repair the wire.
