One Moderator's Opinion:

I left work early yesterday, not feeling well, and was offline until
recently. In catching up on the posts from yesterday, I was somewhat
dismayed by this thread in regards to what I perceived as 'piling on'
of accusations and assumptions, rather than simply asking some
questions of the seller - *especially* since he is a forum member. I
think opinions are fine, but unfounded speculation/accusations when a
simple question would suffice are not.

I believe that Ken has openly responded to the posts on this topic in
what can only be described as a polite manner, in view of some of the
tones in the original posts.

If you have any further questions for Ken, feel free to ask them.

If anyone now feels a need to rebut Ken's responses, I suggest it
would be much better to let this thread die and move on to fixing Birds.

Mike, I felt Tom was posting relevent substantiated assumptions based
on the information in the advert. In my view, it a good post for
forum members to read if they intended to bid on Kens bus. The reply
brought to light that the rebuilt engine with low miles was almost
as old as the bus. I disagree with your take on Kens reply to Tom.

I am a member of a yahoo group pertaining to collectable watches. We
have taken the position that anything listed on eBay is fair game for
criticism. Being a perspective buyer I must say my heart lies with
the group who have pointed to potential problem area's. Let the facts
speak for themselves. I guess it has to be determined by the
moderator how much of this is appropriate for this group but I vote
