Spot Lights 89SP 36'
Hi All
I'm getting the small things fix right now & my spot lights don't
work & I found out it was in the relay that is sending the signal to
the left or right light. Does anyone have a source for them? I am
also
looking for the mecury switch's that are in the outside compartment
doors that
turn the lights on when you lift up the doors. I found my musical
horns had bad speakers. Got them Radio Shack for $39.00 a piece.
Sounds as good as new. My air horns had a broken wire in the steering
wheel. Thats fixed. Thanks for the advice on what to look for in those
two problems.
Thanks Don

Hi Don,
When the relay for the spotlights on my '90 went bad, I purchased a
slightly heavier duty one at Radio Shack wired and mounted it next to
the original board. (Another of those little parasitic draws on your
batteries, as one position left or right, keeps the coil energized.)
Also replaced the positioning relays as the contacts on the originals
were fried. Got those at Radio Shack too.

Thanks Rich
I though there must be a better way to wire the two spot lights.
I guess I'll make another trip to Radio Shack.
