Splendide 2000 WD-802
Info:
My 15 year old Splendide suddenly failed. The good folks in the
service department at Splendide saved me a bunch of money by telling me
how to isolate and test the module board. A new board was $195.00 and
30 minutes to install. I'll post the info and part numbers on the
database/parts section.

My Splendide 5200 failed a couple years ago in my 90SP36...luckily
it was still under warranty....I talked them into sending me
the "fix" packet....a new board and many wires to reattach....It was
pretty easy..I just took one off and put one on etc. etc. took me a
couple hours as I am old and slow...been working fine ever since...I
really like the Splendide washer/dryer, so much that I put a new
6200 in my 80FC31....

Splendide told me the new units use 12v motors. Is your new washers motor 12v?
My old one is 120v and NLA.

Ed- the Splendide is a Swedish clothes washer and dryer. It takes up some
valuable closet space- but if I had a 450-- I would have one in a heartbeat.

Ed, just passing along info on my Splendide washer/dryer combo. The units
control board/circuit board if you will turned out to be defective. Splendide
saved me the labor for service calls and parts mark-up by telling me what to
check based on my problem

Doesn't have anything to do with BB but if you have a Splendide washer/dryer
combo in your bus it sure is nice to save $500 or so. Most manufacturers would
not do what Splendide did for me. The part was delivered in 48 hrs. Great
service.
