Tachometer, AC outlets
My tach moves all over the scale when running at highway speeds.
What drives the tach on a 6V92.

Another problem was most of my AC outlets went dead while using my
drill motor I had the generator running. I have to assume the gen. was
putting out because the AC recepticle where the microwave is plugged
in was still hot. I checked breakers in the AC box that is located in
one of the wardrobe closets

In all the manuals I got, there is no diagram of the AC circuitry -
several diagrams of the DC.

Concerning my fresh water tank - on futher investigation I have no
leak. Water must have been spilled when filling at the vent.

The built in vacs, I believe, were an option.

When your generator is running and working properly you should have 120v on leg
one and leg two gauges as you would if plugged into shore power. The associated
amp gauges tell you the usage on each leg. Is that the case?
There also are breakers on the box behind the gen set, at least there are on
mine.

Spend some time understanding what all the gauges in the coach tell you. When
you get that down it makes it easier to know where to start looking<<<<.>>>>

One other thing I failed to mention. See if you have a GFI in the coach.
Reset it and see what happens. On my coach the bay outlets work on the gen set
and shore power, not the inverter. Sounds like you were using interior outlets?

Wonder why it tripped with a drillmotor? Tripped circuits like blown
fuses are usualy a result and not a cause. If you rewire anything
remember the ground is not bonded to the common like is done at a
household panel
