'00 LXi Filters and Belts

[Allen & Conny]

Does anyone have a complete list of fuel filters, oil filters, and
spare belts for an LXi? Is there a favorite internet site/mail order
supplier for these items? We are getting ready to start using this
beast and I would like to carry spares.

Allen,

Here is my list. It appears to wrap around on the Yahoo post so if you
want it in Excel, email me and I will attach a copy to the reply. That
way you can modify it too.

As others have said, use your dash switch to charge the house and
chassis batteries while connected to shore power. The generator charges
it's own battery. Several years ago I installed an Echo-Charger for the
chassis batteries so I don't need to turn the switch on and off, all
automatic and kind to your chassis batteries.

This is what I have for the '95 with the DD Series 60 engine and the
Powertech 15kw generator. It may be a start for you. Napa auto parts
is pretty good for getting filters. Wix (brand) are also widely
available. If you have a different engine (Cummins in later models)
then you'll need to check your blue box (owners manual) or read the
numbers off the existing filters.
