Broken Microphor toilet

Just taled to Thetford. They said the direct replacement for the Microphor LF-220 is the TECMA-EASY FIT. They sell for around $750.00. I'm going to see if I can find one cheaper. Keep in mind that there are 2 versions of the Microphor. The hard one to replace
is mounted where air needs to be used to flush the waste to the black tank, and
there is a separate air pump which handles the low pressure.

The other one (which I have) IS mounted over the blackwater tank with a
straight-down pipe, and uses a 12vdc flush system. That one should be easy to
replace with any standard Thetford or Sealand that will physically fit.

Note that Sealand is Dometic and Thetford is Norcold if you have any bias
toward/against either companies products.

Nelson,
The reason that we are considering replacing our 12V electric toilet is because of the constant FAILURE of the electric components. Jack is tired of replacing those. AND they are expensive, also. No more electric toilets for us.
