engine removal
I have a mechanic that is going to help me remove the 3208T from my 1988 FC35. It spun a bearing and needs to be rebuilt. Can any provide some step by step instructions or advice? I am assuming that I will drop the engine and trans out the bottom and slide it out the front??
Thanks for any help! Doug |

RE: engine removal
Doug,
IIRC, you pull the front end (bumper, grill, etc), then either pull the radiator assembly or swing it open (if that Bird has a swing radiator) and then pull the engine straight out the front. Many folks put in a swing radiator just for better access to the engine front, if yours doesn't have it.
