Facet Fan Teardown.
I dont have finess and confidence to do a rebuild. I just removed a
air fan clutch on my 94 Aeromax N14 and sent it out for a rebuild.
$180.00. The turn around time was two days

problems. The pulley hub has facing tapered bearings like a front
wheel spindle. I takes about 4 oz. of oil to fill the cavity when
reassembling. Use 80/90. End play for the pulley hub is .001
to .010, torque the nut to 110 ft. lbs. If the bearing races are in
good shape, I would not bother changing the bearing assemblies but
DO change the seal.
