Yep,

Chuck,

The fluid on the ZF is kinda strange.
Cold is cold, hot is 200 degrees, I take several readings
over a period of time, when hot or cold, It seems the fluid
level changes a bit or hides someplace. Careful not to overfill.


I think, we have the same 300 HP 3208 Cat & ZF trans, your engine
in the rear, FC in the front.

Two Cat oil filters #1R-0714 one fuel filter #1R-0750

ZF Transmission filter #4139298038
I used almost 5 gallons of Transynd synthethic to change,
because of the heat generated by the retarder.

I use Manufacturers' recommended filters, only a Dollar more in
cost. Do not forget the Racor filter.
