New Bluebird Owner 1987 FC35
Last week I joined the ranks of BlueBird owners. I bought a 1987
FC35. It has not been used in a while, so there is a punch list of items to get it going (and a huge learning curve for me while I figure out where everything is). ...But after changing all fluids and belts, it made a flawless 750 mile trip from Springfield Il to Dallas. I would like to offer a special thanks to Jay Darst, who took two (long) days out of his week to help me get acquainted with the coach and get it operational. The previous owner is now elderly and was not able to be of much assistance. I rebuild a 1977 GMC Eleganza three years ago, so I have a good basic understanding, but the BB takes it to a new level, and I would not have been able to pull it off without Jay's help! I also appreciate help from several of you who have answered posts. I am sure in the next few months I will have some more questions while I am working things out. Thanks again.
