1995 42' "switch Question
I believe what you have may be the predecessor to the inverter control
panel that allows one to change the charge rate of the inverter/chargers to allow for use on a 30 amp (or less) hookup. The two chargers, if you batteries are quite low will suck up a large portion of the available total of the 30 amp circuit. When connected to a 50 amp (100 amps available) shore connection there is plenty of power and the chargers need not be cut back. If the batteries are at or near a full charge it does not make a difference as the power consumption of the chargers will be minimal. The switch is not needed if the function can be controlled from the inverter monitor panel. Rich D.
