It sounds like Rich is on to something.

Further, if you have the panels without the front-panel functions,
they are changed by removing the monitor panel from the armrest area,
and changing dip-switch settings on the back. The newer style
monitor/control panels are probably still available, and plug right
in, so that you can change settings/parameters of the inverter &
charger functions from the front panel / driver's seat.
