Well it's not paid for - not even close. We DO enjoy it when we use
it, but it isn't often enough to justify the expense and our
situations and priorities have changed. We just had our 4th child
and our oldest just started private kindergarten. They are 5,4,2,
and new.

I decided to compromise and send them to private schools. Such a
compromise requires evaluating outgoing cashflows, justifying those
expenses, and making adjustments accordingly.

It's not something I need to do TODAY, but I don't see us deciding
to continue to keep it for long. Emotions are really the only thing
keeping it here so far.
